When she closed her eyes, she visualizes something remarkable. It can be like she’s in a magical place. A place that made her feel like she’s doesn’t want to leave just yet.
In her meditative state she visualizes something very soothing. Making her feel like she’s at peace. Sometimes its like that meditative state can put her mind in a much better control.
As she sits outside, she closes her eyes and smells the wind blowing around her. She also noticed the sunlight above her. The sounds of birds and other things. At that very moment she understands that nature can make her enjoy the outdoors more.
As she sits alone, she just closed her eyes and visualize anything on her mind. Making her feels like she embrace that true imagination. Afterwards, she opens her eyes and her mind may feel differently.
